Delivery & Payment

All jewellery urn orders will be dispatched the same or next day. Please note there is a 2 - 3 week delivery period for all 14ct and 18ct gold orders. If a sterling silver jewellery urn is out of stock we will notify you immediately to discuss your situation and options personally. All retail Australian orders are delivered via Express Platinum Registered Post - FREE OF CHARGE.

Australian Orders

RETAIL ORDERS:

All deliveries will be posted FREE OF CHARGE via Express Platinum Post. Available to any Australian address; including PO Boxes. A signature will be required on receipt of this delivery. If not home then you will have to collect the shipment from your local Post Office. Delivery will take 1 - 5 working days; depending on your location. Check the Australia Post website to see if your postcode is in their Express Platinum Post network.

WHOLESALE ORDERS:

If your order is under 1kg it will be couried via Toll Priority Couriers. All Sydney metropolitan orders will be delivered the following working day after dispatch. All other Australian destinations may take an additional day or two.

If your order is over 1kg it will posted using Express Platinum Registered Post. Depending on your postcode your order will be delivered in 1 to 5 working days.

We will deliver to PO Boxes but by Express Platinum Registered Post only, as this method requires a signature on receipt. Also please state on your order if you want your parcel sent via Express Platinum Registered Post if your office is not attended at all times, as any additional courier re-delivery costs will be charged directly to you.

Delivery Costs for WHOLESALE orders only are as follows:-

All Australian Destinations $13.00 (up to 1kg)
$18.00 (1kg - 3kg)

*All delivery costs are inclusive of GST

New Zealand Orders:

All deliveries will be sent registered airmail via Australia Post. All New Zealand orders will be received three to five working days after dispatch. The below postage costs is for a maxium of 2 jewellery urns being posted at once. If additional jewellery urns are ordered then I will have to discuss any applicable extra postage costs directly with you.

All Other International Orders:

Forever Near can only ship to certain countries. For information on all Other International deliveries please contact us at sales@forevernear.com.au prior to purchasing. We will advise you if we are able to ship to your country and all the relevant shipping costs; which you will have to add to your purchase total. All International deliveries can not be expedited and may incur additional charges. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of our International customers on receipt into their country. We do not have your countries rates available and recommend you contact your appropriate government authorities.

Forever Near will accept the following methods of payment:

Secure online payment via Visa or MasterCard only. A maximum check out total of $600 will be accepted. All higher amounts please select PayPal as your payment option.

Cheque, money order or direct bank deposit (please note that we will not dispatch any order until all funds are cleared)
