We guarantee to stand behind our jewellery urns 100%. We will offer a 7 day money back guarantee for all purchases from the date the jewellery is shipped. Just return the jewellery urn and all the inclusions in their original condition and packaging, with a copy of the receipt and a copy of your original email alert to Forever Near. Your email alert must contain a brief note explaining why your decision to return the jewellery urn to us. All return postage costs are at your expense. If you are exchanging an item please also include a self addressed postal satchel so that the new item can be returned to you.

Please note any jewellery urn or chain request that is NOT able to be ordered directly via this wesbite is not able to be refunded or exchanged. This non excahnge or return policy is also applicable to any customised designed jewellery urns.

Warranty Policy

Your jewellery urn is under warranty for all manufacturing and shipping defects. The chain has a one year warranty. We only request that you send us the chain, or all its pieces, and we will repair or send you a new chain at no charge

TO RETURN AN ITEM YOU MUST FIRST ADVISE FOREVER NEAR VIA EMAIL; PLEASE INCLUDE ALL YOUR CONTACT DETAILS. ALL RETURNS SHOULD BE SENT BY REGISTERED MAIL OR COURIER TO MINIMISE THE RISK OF LOSS OR THEFT. ALSO PLEASE PACK GOODS APPROPRIATELY. GOODS PACKAGED WITHOUT DUE CARE MAY RENDER THE RETURN AGREEMENT NULL AND VOID. ALL RETURN POSTAGE COSTS ARE AT YOUR EXPENSE.
